  My Chuck Taylor II's broke after six weeks of normal use and the store would not let me return them or even replace them. The manager admitted that these shoes were a defective product and that the shoes should not have broken after six weeks, but still felt like these should fall under their standard return policy. This store does not stand behind their products. Spend your money at Nordstrom's or somewhere with a better return policy in case you end up with a lemon.

  Terrible place to shop. Go anywhere else. They have absolutely no accountability for defective products they sell. Generally if you spend hundreds of dollars on one pair of shoes a store will accommodate a customer with a manufacturer defect. Only 7 weeks and my Frye boots have lost a button with very average suburban use. So disappointed. I’ll recommend Nordstrom to anyone. Excellent customer service and they stand behind they’re products. No wonder they’ve been around forever.
