  Pretty poor experience. Made a reservation for a battery weeks in advance. Finally get in for my appointment. They don’t have batteries on site and it’s a 3-4 week wait. I asked them to order the battery. They said they can’t do that without a diagnostic and assessment. I say I don’t have time for that if I can’t get the battery I have to come back so can they just order it. Was refused and they said the only way to get the battery is to sit there and wait for the long line and then go through a diagnostic only to then wait for 3-4 more weeks before the battery even arrives. Nightmarish and terrible customer service. Honestly I expected better from Apple. The building is pretty though, hence the 2 stars
