  I had purchased a bottle of extremely hard to find beer as a gift for my husband and the order was cancelled. I contacted customer service to see why the order had been cancelled and I was informed that there is a 6 bottle minimum on beers. When I access the mobile site, this message is not present and I was allowed to checkout and pay $21 for ground shipping which is a bit excessive. Gary's customer service skills teeter on non-existent, the man went to the lengths of searching me and then referencing the company that I work for when stating "all companies have policies". What a creep! Update... Seller is unprofessional, but that is clear from the response below.

  Outside of the fact that it took a couple days for it to physically be shipped, everything was pleasant with my experience. Returned my email inquiry (only sent one) promptly and was professional. I would gladly do business again with Blackwell's in the future.
