  I broke the jack on my headphones on the flight to SF. Headed into the store to buy a replacement cable and they very kindly gave me a replacement cable for free. Friendly staff and great service!

  I placed an order over the phone with Bose. I was promised delivery in 5 days. When nothing arrived in 10 days I called Bose to find out what was going on. I never got an answer as to what the problem was. I never got an email confirmation of the orde. I requested both repeatedly. Eventually the earphone showed up and proved defective. I m very disappointed with Bose lack of quality control and poor customer support. I have used Bose products for many years and been satisfied with them. Apparently quality control nd customer service have ceased to be important to Bose. As a result I have to consider their products unjustifiably over priced. Too bad the company has changed for the worse. Caveat emptor.
