  My fiancé and I chose to buy our engagement ring through this company because of the great mission they stand by. 4 days after our engagement, I noticed my stone was chipped so we sent it back and they said it would take 2-3 weeks to repair. Unfortunately, many weeks of promised delivery dates were set and nothing was delivered. There was little to no communication (unanswered voicemails, emails, etc.) on the reason for all the delays. We finally found out that they ruined our stone during repair and we looking for a replacement stone. After 40 days, we were able to see both stones side by side, I chose to go with the replacement stone then told it’ll take another 2 weeks to expedite this process. If they actually deliver on their word and get my ring back at the promised date, it’ll mark 2 months of this absolute mess with this company. They have completely ruined my engagement experience and are offering a $150 bracelet for compensation. $150 does not equate to the 2 months of lies and heartache, for which was supposed to be the most exciting first months of our engagement.
