  This store is nasty- it reeks of a nasty, musty smell when you enter- I browsed through men's shoes and found a pair of suede shoes that had a small but prominent stain on the toe and they priced it at $48! Another pair of $48 shoes had dust in the crannies of the tongue that were prominent, they didn't even wipe it down! Another pair of $48 men's shoes had visible signs of long wear, the shoe's width was clearly stretched out from being worn by someone who had wide feet. Blech- this store made me feel uncomfortable with all the dusty, worn items that were so overpriced. Go to the Haight Street store, the sell much better quality items and the store doesn't smell like an old, unclean closet.

  Customer service was really impressive. Attendants came up to me twice to take clothes I had picked to the dressing room. Very helpful given all the coats I was holding. One of the items had stains around the collar, and the manager was kind enough to write cleaning directions on the back of my receipt. Professional, helpful, and knowledgeable.
