  I was sick with the flu and feeling so bad I could barely stand up, so after giving my name, I sat in one of the only two chairs present. The guy who took my info stood at his station, shouting my first name, requiring me to walk over to him to hear that he only had 1 Rx, not the 2 that I expected and that the co-pay was $95. When I explained that I needed both Rx's and that the co-pay could not possibly be correct, a rude young woman with big bleached hair said I was wrong and there was nothing she could do about it. When I asked her to call my MD, she walked away. I had to sit down again because I was too weak to stand. No one explained how they found the missing Rx and no one apologized. After waiting 45 minutes, I stood up and walked to the center again and watched Miss Rude walk past me several times as if I were invisible. "Young lady!" I said, loud enough to be noticed, and she stopped but still did not look at me. "How much longer?" to which she replied, "Your prescriptions were ready awhile ago. I called your name but you didn't answer," well aware that I had not moved from the chair I had been sitting in since I arrived. "You knew where I was sitting, so why didn't you just walk over and tell me?" She said nothing more and neither did anyone else even though everyone behind the counter witnessed everything. I paid and left and have since found out that the co-pay was wrong. I'm going back tomorrow for a refund.
