  After spending a small fortune and weeks of delays my cabinets faces don't even align correctly. The cabinets will not align from face-on and aren't flush to each other from a depth perspective either. Home Depot has better aligned cabinets. Today I was passed off to the manufacturer to try to resolve this on my own. I have no leverage since the manufacturer has been paid and the Ken (the middleman) is not supporting me. I am left holding the bag. Thanks Ken for abandoning me and my project. Crappy customer service. Stay away unless you have $50K to burn and a lot of time you can waste trying to get return phone calls.
