  Do not buy anything here, if you want boots like Dr Martens, Solovair makes much better boots in the same style. Awful customer service here, I have always bought Dr Martens boots and loved them, but the sneakers I bought were horrible and expensive. I wore the shoes once and they badly bruised my foot because the arches were incredibly high. This was not apparent in store, but after half an hour outside, I needed to change shoes. When I came back for a solution, the salespeople acknowledged how oddly high the arches were but said there was nothing they could do. They gave me a card to contact customer service just so they could get me out if the store. They could not offer an exchange or any sort of resolution despite the shoes being literally unwearable. The customer service line was, of course, unable to do anything. Again, do not buy anything here or you will end up stuck with unwearable items.
