They were super prompt with my initial inquiry, gave me realistic time frames for the service and communicated throughout the process. I had a ring resizing and appraisal, both of which were reasonably priced and flawlessly executed. It's a family business and they are extremely knowledgable about jewelry. They pinpointed the origin of my family heirlooms from knowledge of the metal, which was particularly impressive. I'll be bringing more jewelry back to them.
