  I purchased an engagement ring for my girlfriend in July 2017 online from Lang Antiques. I was looking for something vintage and unique and didn't want to deal with the Diamond District. I came across Lang's website and almost immediately found a ring that I thought would be perfect. I browsed around other shops, but kept coming back to Lang as their information on the ring was thorough and their prices seemed very reasonable. They also have a great return and resizing policy, so I didn't have to worry about getting stuck with a less than perfect ring. I was hesitant to make such a large purchase online, so I reached out to Lang to inquire more about the ring and resizing. Nicole got back to me right away with more information and even offered to send more photographs of the ring. Even better news, she let me know they were having a Summer Sale on their jewelry. She helped me set up shipping to my Ma's house upstate (no doorman!) and contacted me at each step of the shipping and resizing process. Their website said that resizing can take up to two weeks, but they seemed to have done it overnight! I proposed during the eclipse in Central Park and my soon to be wife absolutely loved the ring! Nicole followed up with me soon after to see how everything went and if we needed any additional size adjustments. Awesome customer service and a great shop! I highly recommend working with Lang if you are looking for something unique.

  Nicole went above and beyond in helping me and my fiancé pick our wedding bands to complement my antique engagement ring. Very responsive and friendly. I couldn’t be happier.
