  I bought a mattress , here staff delivered the wrong one to my place, i cancelled the order and after 10 months i'm waiting for my refund. The staff isn't helpful at all and the manager ricardo ponze and Jaime guzman are the worst employees there

  Took forever to complete a simple transaction at the store. Computers are from the 1990's. I was told I'd get a call to update me on my delivery time - crickets. I called to get an update and they put me on hold for over 5 min. Crickets. Still waiting for delivery - Had no problem charging my credit card, that went right through - avoid. Sleep Train up the street has much better customer service.
