  Good selection for the presidents day sale. I truly appreciate my mattress representative Carlos who explained that my old mattress probably had a warranty because I was feeling the coils and it was bothering my sciatica. Sure enough I measured and my old mattress is only 2 and a half years old but I measured and it had a 2 inch sag in it which Carlos explained is a big sag and upon his recommendation I filed a warranty claim and it was approved in 5 days so I get my new mattress tomorrow and I am elated. I also got several hundred dollars off the new mattress because of the presidents day sale and I get a free adjustable base. Mainly I can't thank Carlos enough for explaining the warranty and giving me the info to file the claim and he was just so knowledgeable I won't buy a mattress anywhere else.
