  This is my 4th Simmons Beautyrest from SleepTrain, now Mattress Firm. Don was great with info, service and delivery. I would def. recommend any MF locations!

  If you plan on checking out any Mattress Firm location, I highly recommend heading to the Richmond District and receiving the quality service, expertise, professionalism, & assistance of store manager, Kenneth! He is extremely knowledgeable about all of the mattresses & products, and stellar at matching those products to each customer's individual needs. Because this was my first major mattress purchase, I required much time to test the quality and comfort of multiple mattress lines, and Kenneth patiently worked with me until I narrowed down options and found the perfect match. It was also a nice touch to be offered water, snacks, etc, during my shopping experience. I'm so happy with my purchase, the level of service provided, and my choice to shop at Mattress Firm over anywhere else!
