  Every time I go to this location I always regret it coming out. The selection is average, but the frustrating part is check out. I've always had a negative experience waiting in line for extended periods of time even if there is a short queue. I went there last week and tried checking out at an "express" station but was stuck behind someone making returns (which is not allowed). Upon my turn, they said I could not pay with Nordstrom Notes and told me to stand in the regular line. I never had an issue using notes at an express line at any other Nordstrom Rack store. The employees at the store need to be trained better. They are not at par with the Nordstrom customer service I'm used to.
