  Pottery Barn has always impressed me with the low quality of their products (compared with the high cost). Recently I decided to give them another chance. I ordered a set of pub chairs, which were to be delivered. A couple days after placing the order I called them to cancel the order. I was told that the order had already shipped and was due to be delivered in SIX DAYS and that they had no way of stopping the delivery! And that I would not get my refund until after the items were returned to them. Sure enough, six days later three of the four chairs were delivered, but we caught the UPS guy in time to refuse delivery. However, the next day there was the delivery of the fourth chair while we were not home. I had to call Pottery Barn to schedule a pick-up of the item. Meanwhile, it has now been TWO WEEKS since I cancelled the order and still no refund. I have had to call VISA to rectify the situation (Of course VISA is very prompt with their response, fortunately).
