  Willis was great! I called around to compare offers before selling my diamond ring & a few gold necklaces for my mother. I got a few offers over the phone from buyers in the bay area and I called SF diamond buyers and made an appointment with Willis's assistant, Nancy over the phone. She was really helpful! Gave me detailed directions to the location and explained to me where their parking spaces were (parking is painful sometimes in the area). I came in to see Willis to sell my jewelry and have offered me lot higher than previous offers I got from places in the area and he was very professional and friendly. He paid me right away when I agreed to sell, the whole process was very easy and comfortable. I will definitely recommend my family and friends to visit Willis if they want to sell their gold or diamond for $$ :)
