  Sandra Artiga is a wonderful woman to work with: Highly educated, thorough, a pleasure to deal with, but, most importantly, she is warm, kind, sincere, genuine and I am blessed to have come across such a nice person. I had several reservations and appointments after viewing the SF Diamond Exchange, however, I canceled those appointments because of meeting Sandra and her attentiveness. If you are ever looking for great customer service and someone to work with SF Diamond Exchange is that and so much more. I cannot say enough. Simply put: Thank you.

  The SF Diamond Exchange should be called "the best place to get an engagement ring in SF". After going to a number of places around town, no one had the selection, quality, pricing and customer service that the the SFDE had. They treat you so incredibly well, explain everything you need to know, and have a superior selection of top quality stones. I worked with Ben, and he moved heaven and earth to get my custom, unique ring done in time. I made an appointment, and when I arrived he already had stones and settings picked out. He worked with the manufacturer to get my ring done way ahead of schedule and was always keeping me in the loop of the progress. So if you're looking for a place, definitely go here
