  Mike just straight up left me hanging. After reading all the good reviews, I though I had found the right place, I've spent the last 2 weeks taking pictures and communicating with Mike to have a bubble chair I purchased reupholstered. I arranged an appointment for him to come see the chair first hand to offer a more accurate estimate. Five minutes prior to our appointment, he calls to tell me he's leaving. A little late, but no biggie. Twenty minutes or so, he calls to tell me he arrived. I WALK OUTSIDE TO SEE HIM DRIVING AWAY. I repeatedly call his phone to try to figure out what is going on, no answer. I have a very busy schedule, much like many of you, and Mike, most likely. No one deserves to be treated like this by a business or a fellow person. I would suggest trying a different upholster, maybe someone a few years younger so they still can remember what they are doing in front of a house.

  I called Mike about some sofa cushions that were damaged. He could not have been more responsive and, with fabric from a throw pillow, and in two days time, worked magic and improved them considerably. I would recommend Welsh Upholstery without hesitation and will certainly use this service again.
