  Cracked my screen and Jorge saved the day!!! He fixed the screen in an hour and a half and even fixed a few minor software glitches. All of this for less than HALF the price I was quoted by a place in South SF. Thank you!! ¡Ellos hablan español!

  had the worst experience with a man named George who broke my phone while inspecting it to see why the sim card was not registering.. after he inspected it by taking out the sim card tray in the back room he then said i had broken it, but it wasnt broken before coming into the store.. He then told mE sir have a nice day and walked into the back room with out offering me to fix it.. I will never be going to this store ever again due to my experience with Geoege.. He wouldnt even tell me his name but his Co workers told me.. Sprint almost lost a valued customer of 10+ years over one guy that was so rude and disrespectful that flat out lied.
