  If you're a SFO downtowner who cares about the brand ATT and doesn't care about customer service, this store is for you. For all others, this may not be the best store. ATT itself believes let's overcharge, let's not give any deals and not carry all the cool phone..I mean why should we! and to top it let's treat customers badly..

  The most disappointing service I have experienced in any wireless store so far! The store manager seemed annoyed and didn't know what day it was even with a smartphone and an AT&T smart tablet in her possession. This was all after I waited over 20 minutes in the 'cue' while some store reps wafted around without purpose and the rep who finally approached me was asked by her manager if she could move from her seat even though there was a 3rd empty seat at our table. My issue was not resolved and had to leave store due to the lack of consideration for a customer and her employee in general!!
