  T-Mobile is a great company and this store is generally friendly, but not extremely knowledgeable based on my experience. I received incorrect information about: how discounts on my account are applied, them saying I wasn't allowed to exchange a T-Mobile in their store (call center only), and international plan rules over multiple trips. All the trips were quickly corrected by calling T-Mobile's customer support who fixed the issues. I'd start with T-Mobile's online phone or chat support options first.
