I placed an order online and was shipped an incorrect item (got a dress instead of the gorgeous harness I ordered, and the dress was too small for my dog, so it was useless to me). Could not get anyone to respond to customer service emails- tried several times. Called the store and someone took a message, never got back with me. As much as I love the harness patterns and quality, I have yet to return due to the poor customer service. Cute little shop.
